- In-depth Report (Includes Initial Walk Through) • $375
Our In-depth Report includes a 2-hour walk through with “before” photos taken and detailed report that’s provided to the selling agent and homeowner in an electronic format (PDF file). This complete, room-by-room action plan can be implemented by the homeowner or they can pick and choose services they would like us to perform. This report will include suggestions on general de cluttering, necessary repairs, suggestions on furniture removal, paint colors ... and more! Also included in this report is our “Top 10” list providing the busy homeowners an at-a-glance list of the most important recommendations giving them a clear idea as to where to start.

Once the homeowner approves the suggestions provided in our In-depth Report, we will meet to discuss next steps and define an approximate budget. The estimated cost for stagging implementation is determined by the square footage of the home and the number of Clear Dwelling services required. If sub contractor services, furniture rental, and researching/purchasing of props are required, additional estimates will be submitted. We keep a close eye on budgets and if the project parameters change, an revised estimate will be provided.

We can make an empty house a home, providing potential owners a mental image of themselves living in the space. We have an inventory of furniture, art, and accessories at our disposal to make vacant homes and condos more appealing to buyers, allowing the sellers to take their personal possessions with them if needed. We’ll come in, clear the clutter, empty the trash, wash a few dishes, and do all those other last minute things that are so important in presenting a house in the best possible light. (We don’t clean bathrooms, but we’ll turn on the lights!)
